About me
Rob Duvall is a Materials Supervisor with the City of Phoenix. Mr. Duvall has 23 years of experience in the construction materials testing field, including 18 years with the City of Phoenix. Mr. Duvall is heavily involved in the materials testing community including the Arizona Technical Testing Institute, Southwest Pavement Technology Consortium, Maricopa Association of Governments Materials Working Group, The Arizona Pavements and Materials Conference and the Arizona Rock Products Association Education Coalition Committee. Mr. Duvall is a strong proponent for the use of Recycled Asphalt Products within the City of Phoenix and the implementation of Balance Mix Designs throughout Arizona. Outside of his materials profession, Mr. Duvall is the owner of Dubeyscape, a photography and videography company. His body of work includes the documentary titled, The History of Arizona's Pavements, which debuted at the 2022 Arizona Pavements and Materials Conference. Mr. Duvall enjoys traveling with his wife photographing landscape, wildlife and night sky events throughout the United States.
