About me
Paul Sharma is the State Bituminous Engineer at the Arizona Department of Transportation. He has a master's degree in Civil engineering from the University of Utah and has been with the Arizona Department of Transportation since 2012. Before joining ADOT, Mr. Sharma accumulated over 10 years of experience in civil engineering design, project management, and construction.
