About me
With over 25 years of experience, Jennifer began her career at ADOT in 1997 as an Engineer in Training. Throughout her early roles as a Resident Engineer in Kingman, Senior Project Manager in Flagstaff, and later ADOT’s System Planning Director, she demonstrated a commitment to advancing transportation systems across the state.
In 2008, she swiftly ascended to Multimodal Planning Division Director, State Engineer, and ultimately, Deputy Director of Transportation. Her leadership and vision drove key advancements in transportation infrastructure, integrating new technologies and fostering safer, more sustainable transportation solutions. From 2014 to 2023, Jennifer further elevated Arizona’s transportation landscape as Director of the Maricopa County Department of Transportation, where her work greatly improved pavement and traffic management systems.
Jennifer’s return to ADOT in 2023 as Director underscores her continued passion for public service and meeting the evolving transportation needs of Arizona’s residents.
