Jeff Smith has been an industry professional in Arizona since 1976 working with numerous contracting companies, many associated with Asphalt Rubber and other rubber modified binder materials. Jeff has been involved with sales, marketing, binder formulation, pavement preservation system development along with materials testing and research his entire career. Currently Jeff is responsible for Business Development and Technology Transfer for Cactus Asphalt and serves on the Arizona Pavements/Materials Conference Committee, is past chairman of the AGC Pavement Preservation Committee and is a member of the AACE board of directors.
