About me
Larry is a graduate from Arizona State University where he received both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in civil engineering. Larry retired from the Arizona Department of Transportation where he worked for 29 years. While with ADOT, he worked in construction, materials, research, and pavement management.
From 2005 to 2011 Larry worked for the American Concrete Pavement Association as Director of Pavement Innovation. Since 2011 he has worked for the International Grooving and Grinding Association as the Director of Research and Engineering and for the ACPA as the Director of Pavement Innovation.
